· Orders placed on ChloëYves.com can only be shipped within the United States and Puerto Rico.

· Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

. Orders to ship within 2-5 weeks.

· Free Shipping and handling for purchases over $200 within 2-5 business days after shipping.

· USPS Flat Rate (Domestic U.S. and Puerto Rico) $8.50 within 2-5 business days.

· We do not allow shipments to P.O. boxes. Billingaddresses may contain a P.O. Box. We also do not allow shipments to APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations.

· For orders over $600, a signature is required at the time of delivery.

· Registered customers, please SIGN IN to access your order status and history.

· Non-registered customers can check the status of online orders by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering their order number, email and billing zip code.

Because we are a micro sized staff collective, Chloë Yves does not offer repair or custom services at this time.

· Custom designs are reserved for private trunk shows (terms apply), philanthropic and fundraising events.

. Custom designs require a minimum order of $2500.

· Invitation only - made available to select customers. Customers will be contacted if/when invited.

· Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition.

· Used merchandise will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

· Personalized and custom designs, as well as items from the EVA Signature collection, are final sale.

· After you have shipped back your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for its processing.

· All Custom, limited-edition and one-of-a-kind items.

· Final Sale or limited promotional items.

· Worn Items or Items damaged due to normal wear and tear.
